Owen spent Friday night at Nana and Big Daddy's house while we went out with some friends, sans child. Above is a picture of Owen, Jane and Jane's Dad, Matt cruising down the road in a wagon.
Owen and Mommy playing a round of patty cake that Aunt Kathy has taught Owen over the past week or two.
When I saw this picture I immediately thought of a pose that Elvis did back in his prime. Here is Owen doing a little "Ahhhh, Thank Ya...Thank Ya Very Much!"

A Few More...
Owen wanted a front row seat for the playoff games this weekend. He was pulling for the Steelers, just like Big Daddy!
Here is Owen getting a little avocado, most of it ended up on his face.
Owen in one of his outfits from Christmas. Mamatha gave Owen this one, it kept him nice and warm when we met Uncle Patrick at La Paz for dinner on Saturday night.

A Long Weekend Together...
I don't know of anything cuter on this earth than a little boy in an oversized Georgia Bulldogs hat, do you?
Owen gives the camera a little smirk as if to say, "Dad, you think me playing guitar with you is cute now...but wait until I am shaking the house with this amp!
Owen's signature wide open mouth laugh. I am not sure what Mr. Octopus said, but it looks like it was pretty funny!

Happy New Year!!!
Well, we are only about a week late, but Happy New Year to all! Owen rang in the New Year at Nana and Big Daddy's house while we were at the Chick-fil-a bowl watching the game. Owen is growing and changing daily it seems. He has finally learned to clap on cue with others, funny stuff! Next on the list is waving and hopefully his first word or walking! We wish everyone a great 2009!! Oh, and Owen went to his 9 month visit recently. He weighed 19 pounds, 4 ounces and was 28 1/4" in length, and I am confident he is already bigger by this post.
