Happy President's Day!

Owen and I went over to Nana's to see his friend Jane. Owen is really close to chasing Jane around the house, we are waiting for him to take off running any second now!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Beautiful Weekend in Atlanta...

Owen cautiously checks out the Valentine's Day present Bunnie and Bear sent him to enjoy this week. 
Ten minutes later Owen and his new buddy are cruising around the house chasing Max and Sam.
Friday we officially went cold turkey on Owen's infant tub (which he has been cramming into for the past two months). The reason it has taken us this long? Well, ask anyone that may have had the pleasure of trying to give Owen a bath in a "big boy" tub and you will know the answer. However, being in his own environment (minus the blue baby tub) it didn't take him long. I stood by his side as he checked the water out before sitting down to play. You can see my excitement! 
We took a page from one of my friends at work and fellow blogger and tried a spiked hair style on Owen. I think Isabella's was a little taller and more punk rock then Owen's, but his style is something you may see some cheesy 20 something in Buckhead wearing on a Saturday night. 

It was a beautiful weekend. We didn't get any outdoor pictures because Mommy wasn't feeling well most of the weekend so Daddy had his hands full with the dogs and Owen while we were out on our walks and at the dog park. We can't wait for spring so we can do that every weekend!

Owen's Weekend...

Owen spent Friday night at Nana and Big Daddy's house while we went out with some friends, sans child. Above is a picture of Owen, Jane and Jane's Dad, Matt cruising down the road in a wagon.

When I saw this picture I immediately thought of a pose that Elvis did back in his prime.  Here is Owen doing a little "Ahhhh, Thank Ya...Thank Ya Very Much!" 

A Few More...

Owen wanted a front row seat for the playoff games this weekend. He was pulling for the Steelers, just like Big Daddy!

Owen in one of his outfits from Christmas. Mamatha gave Owen this one, it kept him nice and warm when we met Uncle Patrick at La Paz for dinner on Saturday night.
